Not sure about this complex but my breezeway/hallway is always lit such that I can see immediate area inside my apartment I would know instantly if not mine…not to mention recognize my doormat before entering. If no lighting I think apartment is negligent I would sue the complex as well this should never have happened. What about the light from her cell phone. Bish please stop the lies!
