He has appeared with his mother on the reality TV shows <em>&#8220;Braxton Family Values&#8221;<\/em> and <em>&#8220;Tamar and Vince.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Nprezzed\/status\/1905093256334970919\" target=\"_blank\">2025 interview<\/a><\/strong> with Sherri Shepherd, Tamar said she might wait until Logan turns 18 to begin dating again. Photo: Xavier Collin\/Image Press Agency \/ MEGA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&#8220;Here&#8217;s the thing, like, I didn&#8217;t want to keep introducing Logan to the people that were in my life,&#8221; Tamar told Sherri. &#8220;I just wanna mentally protect him as much as I can and I don&#8217;t want to give him any abandonment issues or anything like that.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Tamar continued: &#8220;As a single mother, it&#8217;s giving very much I just need to wait until the Lord brings me who the Lord wants me to be with.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Logan was in the audience during his <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Nprezzed\/status\/1905093256334970919\" target=\"_blank\">mom&#8217;s interview<\/a><\/strong>. He told Sherri that being a teenager means he will be in the streets more.<\/p>\n<p>Tamar explained she&#8217;s been celibate for a year and had not dated for a year. &#8220;I haven&#8217;t been out, nothing. Yeah, but now I&#8217;m ready to go outside!&#8221; Tamar said she has to be &#8220;PrEP&#8217;d and ready&#8221; for HIV prevention.<\/p>\n<div class=\"youtube-embed\" data-video_id=\"hBX1BpUS6Mo\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tamar Braxton Opens Up: Celibacy &amp; Family Feuds\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hBX1BpUS6Mo?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Last year, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sandrarose.com\/2025\/03\/tamar-braxton-takes-hiv-prep-while-dating-in-atlanta\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tamar partnered<\/a><\/strong> with Gilead Sciences to promote PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) to African American women. I&#8217;ve always been an advocate for Black women, and now more than ever, it&#8217;s time we empower each other to ask questions, protect our bodies, and own our joy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Tamar said she&#8217;s <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sandrarose.com\/2025\/03\/tamar-braxton-takes-hiv-prep-while-dating-in-atlanta\/\" target=\"_blank\">taking precautions<\/a><\/strong> while dating in Atlanta &#8211; where 1 in 2 men (50%) are diagnosed with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. &#8220;I&#8217;m on PrEP, and I will tell everybody get on PrEP because prepare yourself for the streets,&#8221; Tamar said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Logan Vincent Herbert, the only child of singer Tamar Braxton and music producer Vincent Herbert, turns 13 today (June 6).
