(Photo by Prince Williams \/Wireimage)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Moneybagg Yo&#8217;s former manager filed a $100 million lawsuit against him, his Memphis-based record label, and Roc Nation for breach of contract.<\/p>\n<p>Sherry Jackson-Floyd claims she helped launch Moneybagg Yo&#8217;s career before she was pushed aside in favor of Jay-Z&#8217;s management company, Roc Nation. The case was filed in Shelby County and is set to go to trial in October.<\/p>\n<p>In her lawsuit, Floyd alleges &#8220;intentional interference or interference with contract on the part of Roc Nation, because they knew that this contract existed.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a commercial contract case,&#8221; said Floyd&#8217;s attorney Ralph Gibson. She paid for a lot of the media so that he&#8217;s seeing more social media posts on the internet, and she took care of a number of his children.
