Screengrab<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A Florida woman fatally shot a 62-year-old man during a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/news\/crime\/florida-woman-fatally-shoots-army-veteran-during-dispute-over-walmart-parking-spot\/ar-AA2736yR\" target=\"_blank\">dispute<\/a><\/strong> over a parking spot outside a North Lauderdale Walmart on Tuesday, June 30.<\/p>\n<p>Bart Diguglielmo, a retired nurse and Staff Sgt. in the U.S. Army, was shot once in the belly by an unidentified woman just before 12:30 p.m., the Broward Sheriff&#8217;s Office said.<\/p>\n<p>Cell phone and dash cam videos show the woman get out of her car with a gun in her hand. She pointed the gun at Diguglielmo as he approached her during the confrontation.<\/p>\n<p>Diguglielmo put both of his hands in the air as they yelled at each other, witnesses said.<\/p>\n<p>The tense confrontation escalated when the woman shot Diguglielmo in the abdomen and he collapsed on the ground. No charges have been filed.
