Photo: BACKGRID<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Popular food influencer Nara Aziza Smith revealed her 2-year-old daughter, Whimsy-Lou, has metastatic cancer.<\/p>\n<p>In a video, the model and mother-of-four said Whimsy-Lou was <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wftv.com\/news\/trending\/social-media-influencer-nara-smith-reveals-2-year-old-daughter-has-cancer\/ZY57ATHP65AJPPAON5KM66MPAE\/?utm_term=Autofeed&#038;utm_medium=Social&#038;utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1783022970\" target=\"_blank\">diagnosed<\/a><\/strong> late last year. They share three daughters and a son. She is also stepmother to Lucky&#8217;s daughter from a prior relationship.<\/p>\n<p>Nara previously revealed her struggles with eczema and lupus. She blamed her eczema flareups on her diet.
